Uncertain times?

Big Changes?

New Opportunities?

Struggles? Grief?

Do you feel the call to stop, go within and unpack the load that is wearing you down?

Can you hear the whispers of a still, quiet voice calling you home to yourself? Do you wish to discover what that voice has to say?

Have you been frozen in your current life theme, collapsed in stories or perceptions that are clearly not serving you or helping you to move forward?

Join us for a 3-day Immersion Retreat!

January 6th-9th, 2022

Journey into the aspects of yourself that have been unconsciously silenced, ignored, or hidden from your perception.

Through intentional practices of self-honouring, mindfulness, ceremony, sound, and connection, we will cultivate a safe container for you to discover what your higher-self wants you to know, and integrate the wisdom that comes through so you can leave feeling clear, hopeful, and ready for the next step on your path forward.

Intimate Setting

A sanctuary from technology, cell phones, and constant connectivity. Slip away from the world with us for a few days to connect with nature and to what really matters.

Located in Whitemouth, Manitoba just over a hour from Winnipeg.

Our group is intentionally small to facilitate deep connections and foster a sense of safety within the group.

Fresh Nourishing Meals

Nourishment plays an important role in preparing the body for the practices, and journeys.

All meals and beverages are included.

Expect freshly made meals right from the shared kitchen space, delicious warm drinks to support the nervous system, easily digestible vegetarian meals, and one special grounding meal made from a wood-fire pizza oven!

Yoga & Meditation

Daily yoga practices to facilitate an opening of the energy pathways, connect with the body, breath and spirit. Practices will focus on releasing blocked energy and vagal tone.

Available to all ages & levels, practices will be strategically planned to support the day ahead. Practices you can expect to experience include:

  • Kundalini Yoga & Meditation
  • Soulful Yin Yoga
  • Restorative Yoga

Opportunities to connect with self as well as others, through socializing, sharing and processing experiences.

As part of the initiatory nature of the offerings and practices of the retreat, facilitators will be available to hold space in circle to open up to discussion, encouraging vulnerability  and allowing for integration of the experiences to occur.

It is our intention to cultivate a safe container for you throughout your experience.

Cacao Ceremony

For thousands of years, cacao has been celebrated as the food of the Gods. Together we will drink a nourishing cacao elixir, made from a 5000 year old heirloom strain of cacao beans, enlivened with a dash of organic cayenne and maple syrup!

With cacao we offer ourselves an opportunity to enter into the stillness and wisdom of our being. This journey will offer a space to develop newfound awareness, be moved by deep emotions, expand our intuitive senses, and further align our actions with our heart’s knowing

Breathwork Journey

Conscious, connected breathwork is a powerful, ceremonial practice that offers a gateway to explore the endless wisdom within. This practice deeply supports the clearing of old energies, personal obstructions, as well as negative thoughts and emotions, opening the doors wide for new possibilities and big transformations.

Within this practice you can reach deep levels of healing and insights not easily accessed through traditional therapy. Breathwork is truly an inner journey like no other.

Solar Powered Sauna

Sweat it out and detoxify in our 90-degree Finnish-style sauna that seats nine comfortably. The steam, known as löyly to the Finns, translates to ‘spirit, breath, and soul’.

The most important thing is to relax, drink lots of water and enjoy the blissful post-sauna feeling of having cleaned both your body and your mind.

Open sauna times will be available, as well as scheduled time as part of a planned experience.

Sound Bath Journey

Every part of your body creates a vibration which resonates in a certain way.

The significance of sound, and its important role in supporting human spirit and our physical, mental and emotional health, has been well known through the generations. Our ancestors practiced sound and vibration therapy to resonate with the body’s energy centers or chakras and support optimal health.

This sound journey is a harmonic blend of Crystal Sound bowls attuned to 432hz, Tibetan bowls, rattles, drums, gong, chimes and more
